Job Description

Compass Associates are working with a long-established and reputable residential care provider to recruit a Home Manager for a well-regarded dementia care home in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable and supportive organisation with over 20 years of successful operation and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential dementia care. The home is a small size residential home with a Good CQC rating and has recently undergone significant refurbishment and ongoing investment. The successful candidate will report directly into the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of the home. You will be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager, Administrator and established senior care team, creating a collaborative and well-structured working environment. This role would suit an experienced Home Manager who is confident leading teams, maintaining compliance standards and driving a positive culture across the home. The organisation can offer long-term stability, continued investment and future progression opportunities as the group continues to grow regionally. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred dementia care while maintaining excellent operational and compliance standards throughout the home.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
