Home Manager | Elderly Nursing, Residential and Dementia. Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Salary £65,000 - £70,000. We are seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager (Registered Manager) to lead a well-established, high-performing nursing and residential care home in Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully occupied service with an excellent reputation, strong leadership foundations, and a clear focus on both quality and commercial growth. About the Service: This 60+ bedded Nursing and Residential Home provides nursing, residential and dementia care; Fully occupied with strong local demand; Rated 'Good' by CQC with excellent local authority feedback; Well-established reputation within the local community; Strong and experienced senior management structure in place. The Role: As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, including: Leading on quality, compliance, and overall performance; Maintaining and enhancing CQC and local authority standards; Driving commercial performance, with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth; Developing and retaining a high-performing team culture; Reducing agency reliance and strengthening workforce stability; Leading operational improvements and service development initiatives; Building strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and local authorities.

  • Values-led leader with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • RGN qualification desirable (not essential with strong clinical support)
