We are seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager (Registered Manager) to lead a well-established, high-performing nursing and residential care home in Huntingdon. The Role: As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the service, including: Leading on quality, compliance, and overall performance; Maintaining and enhancing CQC and local authority standards; Driving commercial performance, with a focus on occupancy and revenue growth; Developing and retaining a high-performing team culture; Reducing agency reliance and strengthening workforce stability; Leading operational improvements and service development initiatives; Building strong relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and local authorities.
