Job Responsibility

Identify and prioritise maintenance requirements throughout the home and exterior spaces
Prepare and organise appropriate work programmes
Liaise with external contractors and the Rochcare management team
Carry out first line repairs and maintenance
Carry out weekly fire alarm tests and check emergency fire points
Ensure fire doors meet regulations and that fire drills and evacuations are carried out
Perform basic plumbing work
Perform redecoration as appropriate
Perform plastering work
Perform fencing and boundary repairs
