Job Description:

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals dedicated to achieving ambitious home loan sales targets. This role requires a strong leader who can drive results, mentor their team, and participate actively in key client meetings.

Job Responsibility:

Set and monitor sales targets for the team
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Participate in key client meetings and presentations
Develop and implement sales strategies
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a sales team in the financial services industry
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Experience in the home loan industry is highly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
