Job Description:

Join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in expanding our affordable home loan distribution network. This field-based position involves building relationships with local businesses and directly engaging with potential homebuyers to promote and distribute home loans.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve home loan disbursement goals through strategic business planning, networking, and field marketing
Promote home loan products to prospective clients through in-person meetings and digital channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources
Conduct thorough customer profiling to understand needs and recommend appropriate loan products
Execute field-based marketing initiatives and other tasks as directed by the branch manager
Manage the entire home loan lifecycle, from application to loan completion

Requirements:

Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using digital tools for marketing and communication
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
