Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Relations and designated trinity team, to effectively implement daily work plans
Use global tools and best practices to ensure high-quality, efficient, and simple design solutions
Contribute innovative ideas in workshops by leveraging knowledge of retail, competitors, and customer insights
Guide customers through the purchasing, design, and after-sales processes for a smooth and convenient experience
Maintain IKEA's brand identity, values, and vision while delivering outstanding service
