Job Responsibility:
Assisting with preparation of closing documents for home equity loans
Supporting the team with issuing required disclosures
Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized
Managing and organizing shared email inboxes
Sorting, prioritizing, and responding to incoming communications as needed
Performing general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Maintaining organized digital files and documentation
Supporting team members with various administrative needs
Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous administrative or clerical experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday
Nice to have:
Experience in a financial services or banking environment (not required)
