Job Description:

is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily transportation operations across home delivery operations . The role ensures effective truck utilization, on-time delivery performance, and seamless communication between commercial back-office teams and on-ground logistics operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Order Processing & Shipment Creation: Receive and process shipments from the control tower team in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up shipments by Distribution Center/truck according to the nightly loading process
  • Ensure all shipment plans align with operational requirements and customer service timelines
  • Truck Utilization & Productivity: Optimize truck to achieve the highest possible utilization and productivity of home delivery drivers
  • Continuously monitor performance to ensure truck utilization KPIs are consistently met
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary focal point between the Commercial team and on-ground logistics operations
  • Coordinate closely with tele sales teams to ensure proper execution of daily transportation plans
  • Support sales team and respond to any plan-related issues requiring adjustments or escalation
  • Performance Management: Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) KPIs and other transportation-related KBIs are consistently achieved
  • Monitor and track execution of transportation plans, identifying deviations and driving corrective actions where necessary
  • Delivery Plan Ownership: Own the process of updating or modifying delivery plans when required due to operational changes or customer needs
  • Ensure any changes are communicated clearly and implemented smoothly across all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in transportation planning or logistics (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, transportation systems, or planning tools is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
