Job Description:

We’re looking for a Home Connections Mutual Exchange Administrator to join the Home Connections Team based in Yeovil, Somerset. You’ll play a key role in helping us complete mutual exchanges within agreed timescales, reduce voids, and deliver excellent customer service. It’s a busy and varied role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide efficient and timely administrative support to the Mutual Exchange and Home Connections Teams
  • Help complete mutual exchanges within agreed timescales, reduce voids, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage a variety of tasks including monitoring team inboxes and work queues, preparing sign-up packs, chasing compliance documents, and handling mail merges and mail outs
  • Be involved with the HomeSwapper and SwapTracker processes—managing applications, approvals, property matching, and ensuring adverts meet standards
  • Produce positive communications about the mutual exchange process and actively promote Homeswapper and Swaptracker to customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Be organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities
  • Be self-motivated and passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers
  • Be flexible, as the role involves supporting colleagues across office locations and working closely with customers
