Job Description:

Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) providing essential support to individuals in their own homes. Part of a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to client privacy, health and safety, and care standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care role preferred
  • Genuine passion for helping others
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Diligence and professionalism
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Weekend availability
  • Own vehicle and hold or willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
  • Work related car insurance
