Job Description:

Home Care (Domiciliary Care) services providing essential support to individuals in their own homes. We are a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Job Responsibility:

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support daily living (meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, shopping)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Conduct regular wellbeing checks
Ensure compliance with company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement in team meetings

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle
Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
Own vehicle and hold/willing to hold Class 1 Business Insurance
Experience in a care role preferred
Genuine passion for helping others
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work collaboratively
Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends
Diligence and professionalism
