Home Care Worker

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Conduct regular wellbeing checks
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to client privacy, health and safety, and care standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in team meetings and sharing ideas

• Experience in a care role preferred
