Job Responsibility:
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Conduct regular wellbeing checks
Ensure compliance with company policies related to client privacy, health and safety, and care standards
Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in team meetings and sharing ideas
Requirements:
Experience in a care role preferred
Genuine passion for helping others
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work collaboratively
Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule including weekends
Diligence and professionalism
Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
Must have own vehicle and hold/willing to hold Class 1 Business Insurance
