Job Description:

Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care) position requiring a driver with own vehicle. Provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, including personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and wellbeing checks. Part of a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support daily living (meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, shopping)
Offer companionship
Conduct wellbeing checks
Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle
Work related car insurance or willing to obtain it
Willingness to undergo background checks
Weekend availability
Own vehicle
Hold or willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
Previous experience in a care role preferred
Genuine passion for helping others
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
