Job Description:

Home Care (Domiciliary Care) services providing essential support to individuals in their own homes. We are a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life, committed to ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and valued.

Job Responsibility:

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Conduct regular wellbeing checks
Ensure compliance with company policies
Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in team meetings

Requirements:

Experience in a care role preferred
Genuine passion for helping others
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to collaborate
Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule including weekends
Diligence and professionalism
Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
Own vehicle and hold/willing to hold Class 1 Business Insurance
