Home Care Worker

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Conduct regular wellbeing checks
• Adhere to all company policies including client privacy, health and safety, and care standards

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Experience in a care role preferred
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule including weekends
• Diligence and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to obtain work related car insurance
• Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
• Weekend availability
• Own vehicle and hold or willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
