Job Description:

Home Care Worker (Domiciliary Care - DRIVER OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED) position with ICare GB Ltd. Providing essential support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and valued. Part of a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Experience in a care role preferred
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate
  • Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Diligence
  • Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
  • Own vehicle and hold/willing to hold Class 1 Business Insurance
