Job Description:

Make a Real Difference as a Home Care Worker with Alcedo Care. Deliver high-quality support, enriching lives and making a lasting impact in local communities. No prior experience required for entry, as Candidate Assessment Programme (CAP) during onboarding provides necessary skills.

Job Responsibility:

Support people of all ages with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
Medication and meal preparation
Household tasks and daily routines
Encouraging independence and providing companionship
Opportunities in Complex Care, Children’s Support, or Mental Health Support with sufficient experience

Requirements:

At least 18 years old
Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
For Complex Care, Childrens or Mental Health duties we require at least 6 months’ hands-on UK care experience.

Nice to have:

6 months experience for Complex Care, Children’s Support, or Mental Health Support roles
