Job Description:

Home Care Worker position providing essential support to individuals in their own homes. Part of a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life through personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and wellbeing checks.

Job Responsibility:

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Conduct regular wellbeing checks
Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Access to a vehicle
Experience in a care role preferred
Positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule including weekends
Diligence
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Work related car insurance
Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
Weekend availability
Own vehicle and hold or willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
