Job Description:

Home Care (Domiciliary Care) services providing essential support to individuals in their own homes. Part of a community-focused organisation dedicated to enhancing quality of life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Conduct regular wellbeing checks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in team meetings

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Experience in a care role preferred
  • Genuine passion for helping others
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Diligence and professionalism
  • Willingness to undergo necessary background checks
