Net Revenue Management (NRM) lead for Homecare CSP team. Deliver Net Revenue Realization (NRR) planning and Trade Investment Framework for the Customer Development (CD) and Clan Teams. Lead for target setting, Customers Value Assessment (CVA) analysis and performance management across Home Care (HC). Lead for Optimising Promotional Sell Out c(OPSO), Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) Trade Marketing Investment (TMI) workstream, GM enhancing workstream. Own unprofitable business agenda.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver the Clan based Channel & Category strategies to enable UL UK to win in store and on line
Provide Customer/Channel feedback to IBP Process via feedback to Clans and Brand Teams
Input into IPM business case development
NRM levers 3-5 & Trade Investments for the Category/Channel
Manage customer and cell based performance, NRM funnel and NRR plan across HC
