Job Responsibility:
Coordinate recruiting and staffing needs with the Agency Director, Regional Director, and HR
Support branch phone coverage as needed to assist caregivers, candidates, and clients
Proactively source and recruit caregivers to meet current and anticipated staffing needs
Manage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding
Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, references, and screenings
Conduct new-hire orientations and serve as a welcoming first point of contact
Maintain active employee files and ensure compliance with hiring standards
Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity
Pitch in where needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of recruiting experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
Comfortable in a high-energy, in-office environment
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Results-driven with a sense of urgency and professionalism
