Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance and oversee the organization recruiting/hiring strategy and processes
  • Preparing team members for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Develop, implement and maintain Facebook and LinkedIn pages
  • Update organization handbook
  • Develop and implement job descriptions
  • Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline team members accordingly
  • Explore and evaluate potential employee benefits programs
  • Update process to retain historic people records by designing a filling and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
  • Assist with organization communication
  • Could include some regional travel for job-related activities
