Job Description:

The Home Care IP Response Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the full end‑to‑end supply planning operations for the Home Care category, ensuring that products are consistently available to meet market and customer needs. The role safeguards service levels and optimizes inventory performance by implementing robust planning processes and driving proactive issue resolution. A key responsibility is leading and developing a team of planners to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of digital planning technologies—such as Kinaxis and CMRP—to enhance planning accuracy, enable faster decision‑making, and strengthen overall supply chain agility. The role is also responsible on performance management for Supply Planning (Inventory, Business Waste, Service)

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver service targets by ensuring consistent product availability across the Home Care category
  • Deliver Inventory target by ensuring that we have the right inventory construct month on month
  • Drive Business Waste agenda for Home Care
  • Land digitization skill that will enable efficiencies to planning
  • Drive end‑to‑end operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing improvement initiatives
  • Lead and manage projects that enhance planning efficiency, responsiveness, and overall supply chain performance
  • Develop and coach the planning team to strengthen agility, capability, and adoption of digital planning tools and processes

Requirements:

  • Supply Planning Expertise – At least 5-7 years of end‑to‑end planning, service level and inventory management experience
  • Analytical & Data‑Driven Thinking – strong data analysis, insight generation, and problem‑solving
  • Business Acumen – understanding of demand, category drivers, and market dynamics
  • Process Improvement Mindset – ability to identify gaps and drive operational enhancements
  • Digital Planning Tools – experience with systems like Kinaxis and SAP
  • Leadership & Team Development – coaching planners, building capability, and driving agility
  • Project Management – leading cross‑functional initiatives and delivering results

  • Supervise visits and liaise with GPs in order to establish a good relationship between GPs / Health Care Professionals and the Care Home
  • Ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all Staff Members
  • Arrange / participate in Staff and Resident meetings as and when required
  • Take responsibility for Resident care, as designated by the Home Manager in his / her absence and the absence of the Deputy Home Manager
  • Assess social and health care needs of new Residents, and maintain on-going assessment and review of all other Residents
