As Assistant SCF Manager for Home Care Indonesia, you will partner closely with the factory team to drive Production Cost Per Ton (CPT) delivery, while taking ownership of the broader conversion cost landscape – including Logistics CPT, SC Indirect (Overheads), and Business Waste – as well as Inventory targets as part of the Cash Delivery framework. You will be a key finance partner in helping Home Care Indonesia achieve its business goals: Cost Leadership, Cash Delivery, and Forecast Accuracy & SCF 2.0.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the Home Care factory team to drive Production CPT performance
  • Lead monthly COGP rolling forecast for Home Care production
  • Track and govern savings initiatives end-to-end
  • Lead month-end closing activities for production cost
  • Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for production cost
  • Evaluate and lead financial business cases related to production cost
  • Monitor and report on Logistics CPT performance
  • Oversee SC Indirect (Overhead) cost tracking
  • Manage Business Waste (BW) reporting and governance
  • Provide integrated conversion cost analysis
  • Own the financial tracking and governance of Inventory targets
  • Partner with supply planning and operations teams for inventory alignment
  • Provide periodic Inventory reporting and variance analysis
  • Drive improvement in forecast accuracy for conversion costs
  • Support the Production Business Planning & Cost Deployment UMS Implementation
  • Champion SCF 2.0 initiatives within Home Care
  • Act as the primary finance business partner for the Home Care factory team
  • Ensure full compliance with Unilever financial control frameworks
  • Prepare and present financial performance updates for senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in finance, accounting, or management accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP systems for cost centre reporting and period-end closing
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • High degree of diplomacy and stakeholder sensitivity
  • Ability to influence without direct authority

Nice to have:

  • Experience in an FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
  • Prior exposure to factory finance or supply chain cost management
  • Familiarity with Unilever financial systems
