Job Description: Consumer Insights Director, Home Care Greater Asia Job Title: Consumer Insights Director, Home Care Greater Asia Work level: WL3X Reporting Lines: Consumer Insights Head, Home Care Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Purpose of the Role The Consumer Insights Director is responsible for driving sustainable growth across Home Care Greater Asia through deep consumer, shopper and market understanding, translating insights into actionable strategies that shape brand growth, innovation, portfolio choices and business decisions. As a member of the Home Care Greater Asia Leadership Team, the role partners closely with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and R&D leaders to identify growth opportunities, inform strategic choices and ensure the voice of the consumer is embedded in decision making across the business. Personal qualities would include a track record of driving for business impact and growth, confidence to bring a future point of view into decision making, foresight of where the consumer is moving in 5-10 years and related opportunities for future growth, transforming insights in the AI age, team leadership and development across different geographic locations, ability to lead and guide regional/global partner agencies.
