Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.)
5 years of experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally within Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, or Manufacturing Finance
Relevant experience preferred (e.g., SAP system, FMCG, Industrial, Auditing, etc.)
Good analytical, mathematical, data analytic, and Excel skills
Responsible, accountable, and cautious in ensuring financial accuracy

Job Responsibility

Support HC factory finance and supply chain to drive production expense and material waste cost efficiency by publish reports and discuss with relevant teams
Involve in weekly cost governance meetings to present cost analysis information
Support Factory Management team with key strategic business cases for investment decisions
Ensure proper month-end close by reviewing cost and making accruals, JV posting and sundry invoices
Prepare cost data to upload in the OP cycle
Ensure factory controls are in place according to Unilever design and external audit requirements
Own stock count process of the HC factory, including analysis of material waste and scrap factor
Own Capex management for total Thailand including setting targets, reviewing phasing and forecasting with Engineering lead
Coordinate with the factory to clear COGI every month-end
Create and modify cost centers of Supply Chain via the MDG program
