Job Description

integratedliving is looking for passionate Support Workers to join our team supporting clients across Tweed Heads region, including Banora Point, Bilambil Heights, Kingscliff, Cudgen, Chinderah. Job Responsibility

Domestic assistance: supporting clients with cleaning, activities of daily living and keeping homes safe and tidy
Transport: assisting with appointments and shopping
Meal preparation: from simple meals to batch cooking
Providing 1:1 support to elderly clients in community
Building meaningful connections and making a real difference every day

Requirements

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent — or relevant experience with transferable skills
A genuine passion for supporting people in the community
Strong work ethic and understanding of community care requirements
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Willingness to obtain comprehensive insurance, First Aid/CPR, and WWCC
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check (within 6 months)
Confidence using smartphones or tablets
