Job Description:

Proline Care are looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our team of carers to provide support and care in individuals homes. As care is tailored to each individual, no day is ever the same.

Job Responsibility:

  • To support with personal care
  • To provide meal preparation
  • To support with medication administration
  • To offer general day to day support
  • To assist with daily activities i.e. shopping and housework

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
  • Ability to follow care plans effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle
  • Clear DBS
