Job Responsibility:

Supporting clients to enjoy outings
Helping with personal care and daily routines
Providing medication support
Assisting with mobility needs, including safe manual handling, movement, and transfers
Carrying shopping or household items when needed
Kneeling or supporting yourself in low positions for periods when assisting clients
Helping with errands, attending appointments, and community activities
Helping with Cooking and cleaning
Promoting independence, dignity, and comfort in every visit.

Requirements:

A kind, caring, and reliable nature
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
Willingness to travel locally across York and surrounding villages
All applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to work in the UK.

What we offer:

Paid travel time between visits (£13.25/hour)
Mileage allowance: 40p per mile
No experience needed – full, paid training provided
