Abbots Care is an award-winning Care Provider. We provide round-the-clock care packages to support people including children, young people and adults who have long term to live in the comfort and safety of their own home. We are looking for individuals to support our female client with Epilepsy who lives in Hemel Hempstead. Our client attends regular social activities such as a gardening day centre on Mondays and Wednesdays, aswell as Singing and Dancing at Electric Umbrella on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in which you will be required to attend. She requires support with all daily living and social activities, this is a fantastic opportunity to truly make a positive difference to somebody else’s life.
