We’re currently recruiting Home Care Assistants (both walkers and drivers) to provide high-quality care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in your local area. Whether you walk or drive, this is a flexible and rewarding role where you can make a real impact every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect
  • Support daily activities such as meals, shopping, and housekeeping
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Carry out regular wellbeing checks
  • Follow care plans and company standards

Requirements

  • Caring, reliable, and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle (for drivers)
  • Class 1 Business Insurance or willingness to obtain (for drivers)
  • Ability to travel locally between calls (for walkers)
