Home Care Aide

• Implements personal care and assistance in the delivery of direct and indirect patient care while following the Home Health Aide care plan
• Provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients while addressing the patient population served

• 1 year recent work experience required
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Current Home Health Aide Certificate
• Current BLS Cert through American Heart Association
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
