Job Description

Exciting role for EU nationals willing to relocate to holiday destinations for Summer 2026. Perfect for individuals with swimming teaching or coaching qualifications to deliver swim lessons and water-based activities for guests of all ages.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver fun, professional, and safe swim lessons for guests of all ages
  • Tailor lessons to support technical progression of guests with varying abilities
  • Actively promote and sell lessons to maximise participation
  • Take part in events such as team days and presentations
  • Support programme and team
  • Contribute to outstanding holiday experience for younger guests

Requirements

  • EU passport
  • Swimming Teaching or Coaching certificate
  • Willing to gain lifesaving certification
  • Genuine passion for teaching children to swim and developing swimmers of all ages
  • Fun and vibrant personality
  • Ability to work solo and as part of an international team
  • Willing to commit and learn job demands including work in direct sun/heat
  • Fully conversational in English plus German, Finnish or Swedish
