This exciting role is based at one of our TUI BLUE hotels across Spain. Ready for your next adventure?

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver fun, professional, and safe swim lessons for guests of all ages, from toddlers to adults, as well as other water-based activities
  • Tailor lessons to support the technical progression of guests with varying abilities, while following the provided programme guidelines
  • Actively promote and sell lessons to maximise participation and engagement
  • Take part in events such as team days and presentations to support your programme, your team, and contribute to an outstanding holiday experience – especially for our younger guests

Requirements:

  • Valid/current lifesaving certification
  • Swimming Teaching/Coaching certificate (gained or willing to gain)
  • Genuine passion for coaching sports or teaching swimming for children, as well as developing swimmers all ages from toddlers to adults
  • Fun and vibrant personality
  • Ability to work solo and as part of an international team
  • Willing to commit and learn the demands of the job including work in direct sun/heat
  • Fully conversational in English
  • Availability minimum from 10.06. - 07.09.26
  • Live in Spain
  • Have the right to work in Spain
