Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to help support our Holiday Park Receptionist Team at Crealy Meadows for Sundays, Bank Holidays and School Holidays.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating welcome packs and distributing accommodation keys
  • Providing guests with a warm welcome
  • Directing guests to their allocated accommodation
  • Providing accurate and informative information of services and facilities offered
  • Upselling and offering additional services to benefit our guest needs and experience
  • Deal with guest issues in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Serving guests in our campsite shop

Requirements:

  • Must be 17+ years old
  • Full of enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability, communication skills, passion and drive to work in a busy and demanding environment
  • Enthusiasm to deliver exceptional customer service
  • A basic understanding of computer system (including outlook, word & excel)
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • Happy to smile whilst checking our guests in outside come rain or shine
  • An ability to work independently for prolonged periods of time and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm to interact with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • A reasonable level of fitness
  • Proof of right to work in the UK (birth certificate or passport)
