Job Responsibility:
Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors and administrators
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and social media engagement
Drive sales performance through coaching, training, and regular 1-2-1s
Manage stock and ensure accurate marketing across all channels
Support customers from enquiry to handover, including finance options and after-sales care
Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and exceed targets
Requirements:
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2C environment
Experience leading and developing successful sales teams
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Resilient, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
