Job Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors and administrators
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and social media engagement
  • Drive sales performance through coaching, training, and regular 1-2-1s
  • Manage stock and ensure accurate marketing across all channels
  • Support customers from enquiry to handover, including finance options and after-sales care
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and exceed targets

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a holiday home sales environment
  • Experience leading and developing successful sales teams
  • Strong business and financial acumen
