Holiday Home Sales Advisor

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and social media
• Follow up on enquiries promptly and professionally
• Conduct park tours, present finance options, and close sales
• Carry out pre-handover checks and provide after-sales support
• Analyse sales performance and drive part-exchange opportunities

• Resilient nature with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Confident working towards budgets & KPIs, with a target-driven approach and a desire to exceed targets set
• Confident IT skills including data input, email, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to work weekends, supporting sales activity during peak periods

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales role is desirable
