Job Description:

Holiday Fitness Instructor role based at TUI BLUE Medina Gardens in Hurghada, Egypt. Responsible for creating and delivering group fitness sessions, wellbeing sessions, and various activities for hotel guests while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Job Responsibility:

Create and deliver a wide range of group fitness sessions (Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, exercise to music)
Deliver wellbeing sessions to guests of all ages and nationalities
Plan and deliver a wide range of daytime, sport, activities, and entertainment where required
Engage in guest interaction
Deliver highest standards of safety, quality service, and guest experience in line with TUI standards

Requirements:

Live in Egypt
Have the right to work in Egypt
Speak English
Fun and vibrant personality
Ability to work solo and as part of an international team
Willingness to learn and complete in-house training/certification
Fully adaptable and flexible individual with ability to work well under pressure
Love all-things sports, fitness, and wellbeing
Strong personal experience in sports, fitness, and wellbeing field

Nice to have:

Additional languages
Additional certification on fitness or wellbeing (e.g.: Exercise to Music, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, Dance)
