Job Responsibility
Support recruiting of the reward operations team in the GBS (for Germany market)
Maintain close contact with the HR Manager to align strategy, support and assist the team on management dimensions
Responsible for the team´s operational performance
Propose and implement process harmonization and standardization between the different legal entities and promote an end to end approach
Prepare reporting: KPIs to internal manager, customers and stakeholders to display process performance
Propose mitigation actions with internal manager, customer and other stakeholders
Propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Act as the first point of contact of the mission to share any issues / capacity / escalation / support / improvement ideas between teams
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Conducting quarterly performance reviews
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
Perform activities in SAP related with the Germany scope, such as Reference Letters, Time Management and A1 Certificate
Record employee data into SAP or Workday /manage, assist employees with doubts or inquiries
Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions
Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive and Workday processes
Monitor RPA performance for existing applications
Requirements
Customer-focused mindset
Experience in HR Reward Operations
Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work fully remotely with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup)
Team management experience
Experience in escalating issue resolution, team building, training and team support
Good communication skills, rigor, conscientious
Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, build strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work in a team and independently
Problem Solving mindset / Dynamic / Proactive
Basic Knowledge on SAP HR / Workday is a plus
Excel & Google Suite tools knowledge
Languages: Mandatory English & German - capacity to interact daily with native English & German speakers
