Requirements

A minimum of two years’ experience as an Account Handler within an insurance brokerage
Experience handling Personal Lines / High Net Worth (HNW) insurance products
Strong knowledge of insurance markets with existing insurer relationships
Risk-aware when handling customer information
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and support team members proactively
Computer literacy, with experience using Acturis preferred

Collaborate with Account Executives and Handlers to ensure a seamless customer experience

Participate in client meetings, renewals, appraisals, and service meetings
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal company policies, adhering to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and industry knowledge

Requirements

1+ years in an account handling role, preferably in high-net-worth insurance
Experience with personal and specialist insurance products (home, motor, art, yachts, etc.)
Strong knowledge of the insurance market, underwriting, and compliance
Clear and effective communication
Strong ability to build lasting relationships and deliver excellent service
Ability to assess client needs and provide the right solutions
Accuracy in policy management and documentation
Skilled at negotiating premiums and coverage terms
Comfortable using insurance software and CRM tools

Requirements

2-3 years of insurance experience within a commercial lines environment
