Be a founding member of Melbourne’s newest state-of-the-art Emergency Department. Werribee Mercy Hospital is doubling its ED capacity to 67 treatment spaces. We are looking for the next generation of ED clinicians (PGY3–4+) to help us launch this massive expansion and grow with us long-term. Job Responsibility

  • Utilise advanced infrastructure including 4 new resuscitation bays, a 16-bed Short Stay Unit (SSU) and purpose-built dedicated fast-track paediatric and behavioural assessment zones
  • Join as a foundational member of a major service expansion, offering long-term clinical growth in a high-tech environment serving one of Australia’s fastest-growing corridors
  • Opportunity to rotate to other specialities in-house that satisfy non-ED training such as ICU, Anaesthetics and O&G
  • Satisfy the Paediatric Log book (PBL) component of training
  • Benefit from weekly protected registrar education and direct FACEM mentorship as the service scales
  • Benefit from a reverse commute against traffic from the CBD or Inner-West
