Job Description:

Join our clients team as an HMO Licensing Consultant to guide landlords and property owners through the licensing process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and contributing to safe, high-quality housing in a lively environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide expert advice to clients regarding HMO regulations, requirements, and best practices
Assist clients in preparing and submitting HMO license applications
Conduct property inspections to assess compliance with safety standards and legal requirements
Offer guidance and training sessions to landlords on their responsibilities
Stay updated on the latest legislation and changes in HMO licensing
