Join our clients team as an HMO Licensing Consultant to guide landlords and property owners through the licensing process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and contributing to safe, high-quality housing in a lively environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding HMO regulations, requirements, and best practices
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting HMO license applications
  • Conduct property inspections to assess compliance with safety standards and legal requirements
  • Offer guidance and training sessions to landlords on their responsibilities
  • Stay updated on the latest legislation and changes in HMO licensing
