Requirements

  • Understand the working principle of e-beam and be able to apply its principle knowledge on the machine
  • Lands requirements on performance, diagnostics and usability covering multiple competencies and use-cases in early phases of product design
  • Provide solutions based on existing data and identify problems
  • Proactive and dedicated to problem solving, able to break down problems and resolve practical issues with logistics units
  • Independent and knowledgeable about a large amount of information integration, handling different technical support CS
  • Integrate and coordinate technical issues with back-end services and tracking
  • Technically mature within primary competency, growing expertise in sub-competencies
  • Experienced escalation handler in primary competency, able to support most escalations within primary competency
  • High autonomy
  • E-beam Certain Skill
  • Good Communication (in Chinese/English) skills
