Job Description:

Work as regional product management manager and collaborate with Product team and local account sales manager to setup and execute new product penetration strategy, lead the new product technical engagement project for inspection and metrology new tool adoption at customer R&D and HVM. Take the end to end full responsibility for the success of technical engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage product engagement with customer meetings and bring customer technical requirements to product marketing and Account Team
  • Develop strong marketing strategy to meet customer technical requirement
  • Collaborate with local account sales manager force to set up new product penetration strategy
  • Drive new product promotion and customer engagements at customer site
  • Lead the engagement project and narrow down the technical gap from current product offer to customer requirement
  • Drive SOW execution and collaborate with multiple project teams
  • Understand customer technology roadmap and technical requirement on e-Beam Defect Inspection & Metrology and report to marketing team
  • Competition intelligence collection and assessment
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consultant for ongoing and future demo with customer
  • Lead own field team, cascade targets, appraise and develop employees
  • Develop direct reports by coaching them, assigning new tasks, guiding on skills and knowledge development
  • Create high performing teams, secure the achievement of relevant KPI’s

Requirements:

  • Project management experience including stakeholder management
  • Experience in marketing strategy setup and execution
  • Engineering experience on defect inspection and metrology preferred
  • More than 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry related field
  • Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics
  • People management experience
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Preferred eBeam inspection or semiconductor process knowledge
  • Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible
  • Good documentation skills
  • Multi-task player and good ability to work under pressure
  • Good team player and committed to the success of ASML
  • Business level of English and Japanese skill

Nice to have:

  • Engineering experience on defect inspection and metrology
  • eBeam inspection or semiconductor process knowledge
