This position is a technical leadership role for providing deep technical insight and acting as a key interface between external customers and internal stakeholders. The role drives alignment on customer application challenges and delivers solutions across advanced technology nodes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acquiring deep understanding of key customer application challenges for N and N+1 nodes, and identifying solutions or proposing new product and feature requirements
  • Leading execution of NPI and H2H projects, delivering high-impact technical guidance in close collaboration with local application teams to ensure project success
  • Accountable for quality and efficiency of diagnosing and resolving application issues that cannot be addressed by local teams, minimizing disruption to NPI/H2H and customer operations
