Job Description:

HME Workshop Supervisor position involving supervision of daily workshop operations, staff management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety standards in the mining sector

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily workshop operations
Manage and coordinate staff schedules and tasks
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Maintain and oversee workshop equipment and tools
Train and mentor workshop staff
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Prepare reports on workshop performance

Requirements:

Mandatory education or equivalent technical course
Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and ironwork
Professional experience in equipment maintenance in the mining sector
Experience in stock management and maintenance teams
