The HLTA will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning support, working closely with class teachers to maintain continuity, structure, and progress across Lower Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 1 transition. This role is ideal for an experienced HLTA who enjoys responsibility, variety, and making a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and confidence.
