Job Description

Are you a qualified HLTA looking for a new role in Education? Do you have experience working with pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis? Do you want the opportunity to work flexibly in local schools to find the right environment for you? We want to hear from you! Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an experienced HLTA for a SEND School based in Sefton. Previous experience is essential for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis
  • Supervising break and lunchtimes
  • Helping the class teacher to set up the classroom for lessons
  • Covering lessons during PPA and teacher absences
  • Work closely with the class teacher to ensure that all pupils are making good progress towards learning objectives

Requirements

  • HLTA qualification
  • SEN experience
  • Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
